18 May 2011 IWAKL celebrated International Mothers’ Day. A special day when we all honour the most beautiful women in our lives, our mothers, it’s a day we spend with our children and celebrate our love for each other. After all, the bond between a mother and her children is the strongest bond in the world.

This Celebration of Motherhood took place at Trishna restaurant. Trishna is an Indian restaurant and the theme of the gathering was Bollywood Bling! There were lots of fun, games, awesome food and of course amazing company!

We had a fashion show where glam models from IWAKL demonstrated some amazing couture.
Best dressed guests got their gifts as well!

Everybody had a chance to express an appreciation to the Mother in the own language, we could hear Swedish, Russian, Hindu, Ukrainian, Chinese and many more…
